Ultra-Reset: A 30 Day Metabolic Refresh

Reset your habits and your health with this step by step metabolic overhaul. We’ll recalibrate your taste buds and give your eating habits a much needed makeover to set you up for good health in 2022.

Join us on Wednesdays via Zoom, 9AM-10:15AM Eastern Time, January 12th, January 19th, January 26th, and February 2nd, 2022. Course led by Lindsay Malone, MS, RD, CSO, LD. 

 

Course Outline:

Week 1: Assess your metabolic health and establish your starting point. We’ll do a deep dive into the components of metabolic health like blood sugar, insulin, weight, and waist circumference – how to measure these components and when to get your doctor involved. Learn how to improve your immune health and longevity by improving your metabolic health. Prepare your environment and get the details on the lifestyle plan you’ll be following.

Week 2: Check in on your progress and expand your menu with delicious foods and recipes to keep your momentum going (Breakfast, Snacks, & Beverages). Expand your eating outside the kitchen with strategies for eating at restaurants, social events, and on the road. Discover how to accelerate your progress with exercise and fasting.

Week 3: Highlight your progress and learn how to reassess your health after lifestyle change. Expand your palette with more recipes and superfoods (Lunch & Dinner). Discuss how sleep and stress influence metabolic health and simple steps to optimize these lifestyle factors.

Week 4: We’ll look at the when and how of progressing your eating to the next stage for maximum results. What is the optimal maintenance diet and how to keep up the momentum when it comes to your health?

* Each class will include 15 minutes of Q&A time.

Lindsay Malone, MS, RD, CSO, LD

Lindsay Malone is an Integrative and Functional Medicine Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition. She holds an MS in Public Health Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU). Her decade of experience in healthcare and education includes advanced practice at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic as well as teaching nutrition and culinary medicine at CWRU Medical School.
