We are excited to offer remote appointments with a Functional Medicine Practitioner. A Wellness Consultation is perfect for someone who is looking to explore Functional Medicine but is unable to commit to an Initial Consultation at our clinic.
Through this type of consultation you will be able to discuss your health goals with one of our doctors who can provide direction for your condition, which you will then be able to implement with your primary care physician. They will also be able to offer you lifestyle and diet recommendations.

This type of appointment is done via Zoom Video conferencing. Our staff will send you a simple questionnaire with basic information prior to your appointment.
During an appointment you can discuss health history and ask questions about your current treatment plan.
It is important to note that you will have to work with your primary doctor to implement any of the recommendations as this type of appointment is just a wellness consultation and not considered a doctor’s appointment.*
Our team will not be able to write prescriptions or order lab testing, but they can make suggestions that you can ask your PCP to provide you.
Our team can discuss diet and lifestyle modification as well as recommend general supplementation to support health and vitality.
