The Young Forever Program is a 4-day immersive experience where you get access to work directly with our practitioners, nutritionists, all of the lab tests we recommend, and IV therapies to help you feel youthful and rewind your biological clock.

Your program begins with an initial phone consultation with a physician assistant to review your medical history.

Your physician will meet with you at The Ultrawellness Center in Lenox, MA for a comprehensive Functional Medicine intake to identify any underlying causes for aging and risks for future disease.

The initial consult with your nutritionist will provide you with personalized nutrition recommendations for optimal health and aging.

Each day you will receive IV nutrient therapy which includes:

B vitamins, vitamin C, minerals
Glutathione, a detoxifying, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant
Longevity phytonutrients: resveratrol, quercetin and EGCG (green tea)
NAD+ to improve cellular function, energy, and DNA repair

A 2-hour consult with an exercise physiologist for a comprehensive exercise assessment which includes:

Metabolic exercise assessment of your aerobic fitness level (VO2 Max)
Body Composition to accurately measure your body fat percentage and lean body mass
A personalized plan created to meet your exercise and fitness level

An overnight sleep evaluation:

An innovative overnight sleep test to screen for sleep apnea will be done during your stay. The device measures up to 7 biomarkers to assess your sleep quality including peripheral arterial signal, heart rate, oximetry, actigraphy, body position, snoring, and chest motion via three points of contact.

Six weeks after your initial consult you will be scheduled for follow-up phone consults with your physician and nutritionist to review your laboratory tests, develop a program to address your unique needs, and reverse your biological age.
