Sudha Carolyn Lundeen RN, E-RYT 1000

Sudha is highly respected in the wellness field with over 40 years of experience in teaching professionals and lay alike. She is a Meditation and Stress Management Specialist, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach, Yoga Teacher Trainer and Yoga Therapist. She works with clients privately and in workshop settings. Her personal experience with breast cancer, combined with 10 years in clinical nursing (Rehab, Recovery Room, and Gyn Oncology) contributes to her sensitivity and broad knowledge base. Her coaching style is often described as deeply welcoming, humorous, and healing.
