We are looking for a Sales Director to oversee all incoming inquiries and help us ensure that we are a good fit with patients that come to see us.
About the role
As the sales director, the nature of your work will be to drive growth of the practice by bringing in new and maintaining existing business. You will work with the leadership team to develop sales strategies, develop new services, reduce last minute cancellations and maximize profitability of The UltraWellness Center. In this role, you will lead and manage the sales team, and put in place sales tools for them to utilize. Regular reporting of data, along with insights and sales trends will be crucial for this role.
- Drive business by utilizing customer service skills and partnering with the marketing team to create demand.
- Be accountable for analyzing business plans and performance targets.
- Work with the leadership team to develop programs and processes to achieve revenue targets.
- Strong passion for health and wellness
- Minimum 2 years of prior sales management in premium or high end client experiences, such as luxury hospitality, Med Spa, or similar industries is strongly preferred.
- Experience in successfully implementing various sales programs, policies, and procedures.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and provides problem-solving solutions.
