About Annette Quatrano, MS, RD, LDN

After many years of dealing with a chronic illness diagnosed as an undergraduate at The College of the Holy Cross, Annette began looking for other options in hopes of avoiding medication. Quickly, Annette turned to nutrition as a solution, and this opened her eyes to the world of functional medicine. In efforts to improve her health with nutrition, Annette completed a comprehensive elimination diet as well as a low FODMAP diet, where she saw improvements in her physical symptoms and lab work.

After seeing the beneficial impacts of changing her diet, she decided to give meaning to her chronic illness and went back to school to help others improve their health using food as medicine. Annette received her Master of Science from Framingham State University after completing the Coordinated Program in Dietetics and interning at Baystate Noble Hospital.

After completing school, she began working at Mercy Medical Center as a Clinical Dietitian, covering various floors including the ICU as well as the Weldon Rehabilitation Center. She continues to pursue additional training through the Institute for Functional Medicine and other functional medicine modalities. At The UltraWellness Center, Annette is able to pursue her passion for functional medicine and help others along their health journey.

Annette lives in the Pioneer Valley and enjoys spending time with her family, especially being outside with her two young children whenever she can. She also enjoys dancing, bowling, biking, and rollerblading.
