About Eileen Boté, RD, LDN, IFNCP

Eileen Boté, RD, LDN, IFNCP is a registered dietitian who received a Bachelors of Science degree in nutrition from the University of New Hampshire.  In addition, she recently completed an accredited certificate of training program through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy. The intensive year- long instruction combined a systems biology approach to health with an in-depth concentration on root cause of disease, coupled with therapeutic dietary treatment, and stress management techniques.  The experience was designed to hone expertise through multiple case studies and promoted networking with leading experts in functional nutrition to share best practice strategies.

Eileen found her way to Functional Nutrition after searching for the root causes of her daughter’s significant health concerns. She believes strongly in the whole person approach to wellness, including mind, body, and spirit with healthy food at center stage.

Prior to her work at the UltraWellness Center, she maintained a private practice and developed nutrition and culinary programs geared towards students in her local school district. She is a fervent cook whose true passion is sharing her expertise in the kitchen.

She lives in Williamstown with her daughters and enjoys hiking, yoga and horseback riding.
