About Lisa Dreher
Lisa Dreher, MS, RDN, LDN is a registered dietitian who earned her undergraduate degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, completed a dietetic internship through Cornell University, and obtained a masters in Nutrition and Integrative Health from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
Before joining The UltraWellness Center, Lisa worked in acute care, specializing in surgical oncology, colorectal surgery, and rehabilitation. She later became a Clinical Nutrition Specialist in Pediatric Gastroenterology at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She also worked for a private practice, On Nutrition, LLC, supporting clients of all ages with a functional nutrition approach. Lisa has additional training from the Center for Mind-Body Medicine and the Institute for Functional Medicine.
Lisa has lectured on food as medicine and has been featured in Reader’s Digest, NPR, The Doctor’s Farmacy podcast, the Broken Brain docuseries, and several fertility-focused podcasts.Lisa is also the Nutrition Director at WeNatal, a functional medicine-focused prenatal company that offers comprehensive fertility-based prenatals and supplements for men and women. Lisa led the formulation of WeNatal for Her, WeNatal for Him, Omega DHA+, and Egg Quality+. She provides dietary guidance to individuals on their fertility journey and ensures the supplements align with the latest research. Lisa discovered functional medicine through her own health challenges and now uses her experience to help others achieve true wellness. In her free time, she enjoys home renovations, kayaking, personal finance, and spending time with friends, family, and her mini Goldendoodle!
