After many years of dealing with chronic illness diagnosed as an undergraduate at The College of the Holy Cross, Annette began looking for other options in hopes of avoiding medication. Annette turned to nutrition as a solution, which opened her eyes to the world of Functional Medicine. During her journey with nutrition, Annette completed an elimination diet, followed by a FODMAP diet. Seeing the beneficial impact of changing her diet, Annette went back to school to help others improve their health with food. Annette received her Masters of Science from Framingham State University in 2017 after completing the Coordinated Program in Dietetics. She began working at Mercy Medical Center as a Clinical Dietitian, covering various floors including the ICU as well as the Weldon Rehabilitation Center. Annette is now joining us to pursue her passion in Functional Medicine and help others achieve UltraWellness.
