What does the patient journey look like?
The journey includes: (1) UWC Intake with a Functional Medicine PA/NP for comprehensive assessment, (2) Protocol Design by UWC MDs based on labs and history, (3) In-Center Care at Next Powered by UltraWellness Center for IVs, therapies, and monitoring, (4) Daily Support from joint teams for communication and follow-ups, and (5) Personalized daily pill packs via VITABOOM or Fullscript.
Where does the patient go for treatments?
All in-person therapies, blood draws, IVs, and advanced modalities occur at the patient’s nearest Next Powered by UltraWellness Center location.
What does UWC provide?
UWC provides Functional Medicine intake and evaluation, physician-designed protocols, nutrition plans and supplement recommendations, and ongoing medical oversight and adjustments.
What does Next Health provide?
Next Health provides in-person delivery of therapies and treatments, blood draws and standard lab processing, nutrition coaching for protocol execution, access to national clinical infrastructure, day-to-day monitoring and patient support, and concierge support.
How are supplements provided?
Patients may use Fullscript (UWC’s professional formulary), or VITABOOM, a dynamic personalized pill-pack system that builds custom daily supplement stacks based on the UWC protocol.
Who handles labs?
Next Powered by UltraWellness Center performs most labs and blood draws in their centers and bills directly. UWC may order specialized labs that require external processing.
