Nutrition Packages
with Lab Testing

At The UltraWellness Center, nutrition is foundational to everything we do. Our comprehensive nutrition packages are the fullest expression of that philosophy.

Each package pairs advanced diagnostic lab testing with one-on-one nutritionist guidance, built around a specific clinical question about your body. The result is a personalized nutrition plan grounded in your actual biology, not assumptions, not generalizations. This is a level of dietary precision that standard nutrition counseling simply can’t offer.

Each package is bundled at a savings of up to 15% compared to booking individually.

Eating to Optimize
Your DNA Expression

Your genes shape how your body metabolizes nutrients, manages inflammation, processes toxins, and absorbs vitamins.

A nutrition plan built around your genetic profile is fundamentally more precise than one built on general guidelines.

Using a simple saliva swab, this test analyzes over 176 gene variants linked to cholesterol metabolism, bone density, vitamin B processing, cancer risk factors, detoxification capacity, and food and exercise responsiveness.

Results give your nutritionist a direct roadmap for optimizing your diet at the cellular level.

What’s included:
  • 50-minute initial nutrition consultation
  • Nutrigenomic lab test (results in approximately 4 weeks)
  • 50-minute follow-up to review results and refine your plan

Labs Included:

  • Nutrigenomic Testing (3×4 Genetics)

Package price: $1,299  (valued at $1,444 when booked separately)

Finding and Correcting
Nutrient Deficiencies

Even a single deficiency in key micronutrients can impair energy production, thyroid function, cardiovascular health, and cellular detoxification. This package identifies exactly where your body is falling short, and what to do about it.

Both are at-home collection kits. The Organic Acids test uses a first-morning urine sample to assess mitochondrial function, oxidative stress, and detox pathway performance.

The Omega-3 Index uses a finger-stick blood sample to evaluate fatty acid balance. Together, they provide a comprehensive picture of your metabolic nutritional status.

What’s included:
  • 50-minute initial nutrition consultation
  • Organic Acids lab test (results in approximately 2 weeks)
  • Omega-3 Index lab test (results in approximately 2 weeks)
  • 50-minute follow-up to review results and build your personalized plan

Labs Included:

  • Organic Acids (Genova)
  • Omega-3 Index (OmegaQuant)

Package price: $1,299 (valued at $1,525 when booked separately)

Identifying Food Allergies
and Sensitivities

Chronic symptoms , including bloating, fatigue, joint pain, skin issues, and brain fog , are frequently driven by immune reactivity to specific foods or environmental allergens. This package gives you a data-driven starting point for an elimination protocol.

An at-home blood collection kit tests your immune response against 144 foods and potential environmental allergens. Results are used alongside a guided elimination diet with your nutritionist to pinpoint which foods are driving inflammation.

What’s included:
  • 50-minute initial nutrition consultation
  • Vitae Diagnostics Eat 144 lab test (results in approximately 2 weeks)
  • 50-minute follow-up to review results and develop your elimination and reintroduction plan

Labs Included:

  • Food Sensitivity Testing (Vitae Diagnostics, Eat 144 Panel)

Package price: $1,299  (valued at $1,414 when booked separately)

Balancing Metabolic Health

Metabolic dysfunction underlies many chronic conditions, from cardiovascular disease to immune dysregulation and chronic fatigue. This package goes significantly beyond a standard cholesterol panel to assess the full picture of your metabolic and cardiovascular risk.

The Boston Heart panel includes advanced lipid particle analysis, fasting insulin, and markers of inflammation and oxidative stress , providing far greater clinical insight than conventional bloodwork. The Omega-3 Index rounds out the picture with fatty acid balance. Note: this panel requires a blood draw at a local hospital; a separate phlebotomy fee may apply.

What’s included:
  • 50-minute initial nutrition consultation
  • Boston Heart lab panel (results in approximately 2 weeks)
  • Omega-3 Index lab test (results in approximately 2 weeks)
  • 50-minute follow-up to build a targeted metabolic nutrition plan

Labs Included:

  • Boston Heart Diagnostics + Omega-3 Index (OmegaQuant)

Package price: $1,299 (valued at $1,450 when booked separately)

GLP-1 Support: Optimizing Your Outcomes for Long-Term Success

GLP-1 receptor agonists can be highly effective for weight management , but long-term success depends on what happens nutritionally alongside the medication. Reduced appetite makes it easy to under-consume protein and key micronutrients, accelerating muscle loss and compounding deficiencies. This package is designed for people currently taking or transitioning off a GLP-1 medication who want to protect lean mass, minimize side effects, and build sustainable habits.

Your nutritionist will focus on:

  • Preserving muscle mass and metabolic function alongside weight loss
  • Meeting protein, vitamin, mineral, and fiber targets in the context of reduced appetite
  • Reducing common side effects including nausea, constipation, and food aversions
  • Developing appetite-compatible nutrition strategies that work with, not against, the medication
  • Supporting your body’s own GLP-1 production through diet
What’s included:
  • 50-minute initial nutrition consultation
  • All three lab tests (results within 2–4 weeks depending on test)
  • 50-minute follow-up to review results and update your plan
  • 25-minute check-in to track progress and fine-tune recommendations

Labs Included:

  • Organic Acids (Genova)
  • Omega-3 Index (OmegaQuant)
  • Nutrigenomic Testing (3×4 Genetics)

Package price: $1,850  (valued at $2,234 when booked separately)

This is the most comprehensive lab panel across all packages, providing full visibility into micronutrient status, fatty acid balance, mitochondrial function, and genetic nutrition factors.

Our licensed nutritionists create personalized plans, tailored to each patient.
