Hormone-Balancing Energy Bites

Each recipe yields 30 bites/15 servings (2 bites = 1 serving)

Ingredients:

Follicular Phase Bites

  • Full bag of Beeya Phase 1 Blend OR

* ¾ cup raw pumpkin seeds

* ¾ cup ground flax seeds

* ¾ cup hemp seeds

  • ¾ cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup raw local honey
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips such as Hu

Luteal Phase Bites

  • Full bag of Beeya Phase 2 Blend OR

* ¾ cup black sesame seeds

* ¾ cup sunflower seeds

* ¾ cup hemp seeds

  • ¾ cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup raw local honey
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips such as Hu

 

Instructions:

For Follicular phase:

  1. If using seeds from scratch, add pumpkin, flax, and hemp seeds to a food processor. Pulse until chopped. You can skip this step if using Beeya.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until combined.
  3. Use measuring spoon to scoop out 2 Tbsp sized ball and roll between hands until smooth. Put on baking sheet with parchment paper and repeat to make 30 bites total.

For Luteal phase:

  1. Add Beeya Phase 2 OR whole sesame, sunflower, and hemp seeds to a food processor and pulse until chopped.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until combined.
  3. Use measuring spoon to scoop out 2 Tbsp sized ball and roll between hands until smooth. Put on baking sheet with parchment paper and repeat to make 30 bites total.

Additional instructions:

It’s recommended that you keep 15 bites refrigerated in an airtight container and put 15 bites in the freezer. Remove from freezer 1-2 days before you need them. Also, purchase organic ingredients whenever possible.
