The Gift of Good Health

The UltraWellness Center Offers the Gift of Good Health to One Berkshire Neighbor

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the well-being of the Berkshire community, The UltraWellness Center is offering a complimentary health assessment to one local resident through its annual Gift of Good Health initiative.

For more than 20 years, the team at The UltraWellness Center has cared for individuals throughout the region who are seeking a deeper understanding of their health. The program is the clinic’s way of giving back to the community it calls home by helping someone gain clarity, support and guidance on their health and wellness journey.

The selected Berkshire County resident will receive a series of appointments designed to better understand their personal health picture and provide compassionate, individualized support. The experience includes:

— A 60-minute initial appointment with a functional medicine physician

— A 50-minute initial appointment with a nutritionist

— Two 50-minute follow-up appointments with the physician and nutritionist to review findings and discuss a personalized wellness plan

— Two 25-minute follow-up appointments with the physician or a physician assistant

— Two 25-minute follow-up appointments with the nutritionist

— Functional medicine laboratory testing to help identify nutritional needs, gut health markers and other underlying factors that influence well-being

— One optional IV nutritional therapy session

— Supportive health coaching sessions focused on practical steps for better health

“Our community means so much to us,” said Dr. Elizabeth Boham, medical director of The UltraWellness Center. “Every day, we meet people who are searching for answers about their health. The Gift of Good Health is our way of extending support to someone who may really benefit from extra care and attention right now. We hope this opportunity brings comfort, insight and renewed hope to a neighbor here in the Berkshires.”

Berkshire County residents are invited to submit an online application (APPLICATION LINK) and include a one-page essay explaining why they feel this opportunity would be meaningful and how additional health support could impact their daily life.

Essays may also be submitted by mail to:
