Dr. Hyman is a practicing family physician, the Head of Strategy and Innovation at Cleveland Clinic’s Center for Functional Medicine, and a multi-time #1 New York Times Bestselling author.
is Board Certified in Family Medicine from Albany Medical School, and she is an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner and the Medical Director of The UltraWellness Center. Dr. Boham lectures on a variety of topics, including Women’s Health and Breast Cancer Prevention, insulin resistance, heart health, weight control and allergies. She is on the faculty for the Institute for Functional Medicine.
graduated from Dartmouth Medical School and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine,
specializing in Integrative Functional Medicine, and has advanced clinical training through the Institute for Functional Medicine. He has been practicing Functional Medicine for over 15 years focusing on Optimal Aging, Bio-Detoxification, Gastrointestinal Health, Systemic Inflammation, Autoimmune disorders and the Neurobiology of mood and cognitive disorders.
is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medical School and an Institute for Functional Medicine Practitioner (IFMCP). Through his 18 years in practice, he has developed a philosophy and a way of caring for patients that he refers to as Whole Life Wellness. He focuses on patient-centered care where he listens to patient's history and personal needs to be able to partner with them to create an individualized treatment plan.
earned her Masters in Health Sciences from Duke University and is trained in Functional and Integrative Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine. In addition, she has training in energy healing and is currently pursuing a certification in biodynamic craniosacral therapy. Prior to joining The UltraWellness Center, Kristin worked for several years in primary/urgent care and for ten years in Cardiac Electrophysiology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.
Rachel earned her Masters of Science in physician assistant studies from Springfield College and is currently training in Functional and Integrative Medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine. Prior to joining the UltraWellness Center, Rachel worked for several years in emergency medicine at hospitals in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She has also worked with a Functional Medicine practice providing online support and resources to clients.

Our Nutritionists have been uniquely trained and have many years of experience integrating the science and art of Functional Nutrition Therapy. We understand that giving you a generic diet plan based on a medical diagnosis is simply not enough to foster optimal healing. Our nutritionists create personalized plans, tailored to each patient.
Functional Medicine Nutritionist
is the Nutrition Director at The UltraWellness Center and holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University and ongoing clinical training through the Institute for Functional Medicine. She focuses on food allergies, digestive disorders, inflammatory conditions, pediatrics and sports nutrition.
is a registered dietitian who received a Masters degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. She has experience working with adolescents and their families dealing with complex gastrointestinal conditions. She has additional training through Center for Mind Body Medicine and the Institute for Functional Medicine.
is a registered dietitian who received a Bachelors of Science degree in nutrition from the University of New Hampshire. In addition, she recently completed an accredited certificate of training program through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy. The intensive year- long instruction combined a systems biology approach to health with an in-depth concentration on root cause of disease, coupled with therapeutic dietary treatment, and stress management techniques.
holds a Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition from Arizona State University. Before joining Dr. Hyman at The UltraWellness Center in 2005, Kathie spearheaded the Functional Medicine program at Canyon Ranch in Lenox, MA, where she served as Nutrition Director for 10 years.

Functional Medicine Registered Nurse
Catherine draws her knowledge and wisdom from many years of work in health care as a registered nurse, systems change agent, holistic health practitioner, nurse educator/ navigator, and board certified lactation consultant. Catherine’s clinical nursing service has included hospice, maternity care, psychiatric nursing, and home health nursing. Wellness promotion has long been a passion for Catherine, to which she has devoted years of study.
earned a Bachelors of Science in nursing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and completed their accelerated second bachelor’s nursing program. She is experienced in acute care as a float nurse - primarily in the medical/surgical, oncology and telemetry floors, as well as the psychology unit. Through her own diagnosis of a neuroendocrine tumor at the age of 18, Bailey developed a passion to become a nurse and an interest in Functional Medicine.
is a Registered Nurse, Doctor of Chiropractic and Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach. After many years practicing Chiropractic medicine and nursing she developed a deeper interest in Functional Medicine and the value of the therapeutic relationship in health care. She has advanced training in Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine.
Her pursuit in healing began at the age of 15 when she enrolled in training that included guided imagery, distance healing and meditation. This launched a lifelong quest in the healing arts and personal development resulting in the accumulation of broad and diverse knowledge.
is a Licensed Practical Nurse who graduated from the Waynesville School of Practical Nursing in 2016. She has experience in geriatrics, as well as being a nursing assistant. As a former member of the United States Army as well as being a spouse of a retired veteran, she has traveled in and out of the country and experienced a variety of cultures.
Since graduating from Indiana University her focus has been specializing in Functional Medicine and finding ways to bring what she learns to the underserved in her community. Her passion is working as a health coach, empowering individuals, creating a safe space to fall off the path and get back on again, walking alongside them in their journey to health and reminding them of the importance of fun and laughter.
has been working in the Healing Arts for over 30 years as Registered Nurse, Meditation and Stress Management Specialist, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach, Workshop leader, Yoga Teacher Trainer and Yoga Therapist. She works with patients to create a personalized stress management plan. Sudha’s personal experience with breast cancer combined with 10 years in clinical nursing lends a sensitivity and broad knowledge base to her teaching style that is described as welcoming, humorous and healing.
